Our People
Over the years, the staffing of Janice Vu & Associates has
grown and also changed.
Staff have moved on in their career paths and new staff have
joined the office. I have been fortunate to have worked with and
continue to work with high-level quality lawyers and law students in
the office who have all made strong and positive contributions to
the office and to training other lawyers and law students in the
office. To those staff who have moved on I express my deepest thanks
for your work.

Janice Vu - Principal

Janice is the principal solicitor of the firm. She is an
Accredited Immigration Law Specialist by the Law Society of
New South Wales. She is also a Notary Public. She has three degrees, a Bachelor of Arts
(where she trained as a historian), Social Work and also in
Law where her Honours thesis was on migration law. Janice Vu
has 15 years work experience with the Department of
Immigration & Multicultural Affairs. Prior to opening her
own practice here at Bankstown, Janice also worked for 4 years
as a Solicitor in a City firm in the areas of conveyancing,
business law, immigration law and general litigation. Janice
is also an occasional lecturer on immigration law on skilled
visas, temporary visas and also business visas. |

Vinh Quang Duong

Registered Migration Agent

Vinh has two degrees from the Adelaide University, a Bachelor
of Commerce and a Law degree. He is also a registered Migration
Agent and represents clients at the Migration Review Tribunal.
Vinh has a strong interest in migration matters and also commercial
matters. |

Doan has
two degrees from the University of Sydney - a Bachelor of
Commerce and a Law degree. She is also
a registered Migration Agent. Doan has considerable expertise in migration matters and reviews to the Migration Review Tribunal. |

Anna has 2 degrees, a Bachelor of Social Work from
the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of
Laws from the University of Western Sydeny. Anna is
also a registered Migration Agent. Anna is responsible for conveyancing
matters and migration matters relating to student visas and
family reunion. |

Nathan Nhat Quang The

Nathan has two degrees from the Adelaide University, a
Bachelor of Commerce and a Law degree. He has also undertaken
additional training in taxation law. Nathan is responsible for
conveyancing and property matters in the office and also works
with commercial matters. |
