Janice Vu & Associates is a legal firm established in 1997 in Bankstown. Janice Vu is the principal solicitor.

The office is unusual in that it has only lawyers and law students working in the office. The office is therefore well placed to provide high levels of professional legal service to our clients.

The office also provides professional training opportunities for new law graduates and law students to have the required work experience to qualify as legal practitioners for unrestricted legal practice.

As a result of the focus on professional delivery of legal services and staffing policy of lawyers and law students, the staff are enthusiastic, keen to learn, and also keen to provide a high level professional legal service.

We provide legal services that we are skilled in and that we excel at. We strive at all times to be excellent in our legal fields of work.

We offer the following legal services:

  • Conveyancing: Purchase and sale of houses, units, commercial premises
  • Business Law: Purchase/sale of business, leasing, purchase of franchise
  • Family Law: Divorce, Consent orders in relation to children and property, and property transfers .
  • Immigration Law: We specialise in Immigration Law and have three solicitors working in this area including Janice Vu who is a Law Society Accredited Immigration Law Specialist. We cover the whole field of immigration including initial applications and all reviews to the Migration Review Tribunal, the Courts and to the Minister
  • Wills and Probate
  • Police and Courts Litigation

We opened our 5,000th case file on 9 April 2009 just before Easter and we thank all our clients for their continued support over the years.
